Ahead of Telangana Assembly elections, Union Home Minister Amit Shah targeted the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) government in the state, alleging corruption and involvement of Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao. Shah appealed to voters to evaluate the performance of all parties and expressed confidence that the voters will choose the BJP. He accused the BRS of corruption in various scams, failure to fulfill promises, and involvement in appeasement politics.
