Prime Minister Narendra Modi wishes to make two crore women associated with self-help groups (SHGs) 'lakhpati'. During a virtual interaction in Dewas district of Madhya Pradesh, PM Modi sought the help of Rubina Khan to achieve his goal. Rubina, representing 1.03 lakh women under the Aajeevika mission in 40 villages of Dewas district, shared her success story of starting a business, making masks during Covid-19, and earning Rs 60,000 to Rs 70,000. PM Modi praised Rubina's self-confidence and states that women like her will make the country self-dependent.
