Jharkhand remains without chief minister: Champai Soren releases video roll call of 43 MLAs, but fails to get governor's invite to form govt

Jharkhand remains without a chief minister as the state governor has still not invited Champai Soren of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) to form the government. Hemant Soren, the previous chief minister, was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate. Champai Soren claims the support of 43 MLAs and is seeking to form the government.
