Mehbooba Mufti, head of the People's Democratic Party, declared that their participation in elections is aimed at addressing the Kashmir issue and preserving Article 370 against BJP's efforts. She condemned BJP's decade-long failure to hold elections in J&K and promised transparent job recruitment and employment opportunities if victorious.
